The Team consists of a private administrative assistant Donna Bihn, 3 Buyer agents, Brenden Burns, Christine LeGrand, and myself. Brenden and Christine have an extensive sales history, knowledge of the current inventory, and market trends.
Part of our communication pledge with our homeowners consists of a "market snapshot". This is a report that is generated once a month and emailed to the homeowner (more frequently if the homeowner chooses). This snapshot will consist of all the market data of current homes for sale, as well as, homes that have recently sold. The reason we provide this for our homeowners is to make sure you know at all times what is going on in the market around you.

We have intergraded the use of technology to help us get Top Dollar for our clients in the shortest possible times. We keep an active database of all Real Estate agents that show our homes, as well as, every lead from a sign or ad call. When we take a new listing into our inventory, we access our database and email all agents and buyers to make sure as many people see our homes as we can reach.
We also give every homeowner a username and password which gives them access to their own webpage that lists all activities for their home. Example, when an agent shows the home, the appointment will be logged into our system and will then appear on the homeowners webpage. When that agent provides feedback for that showing, it will be uploaded to the homeowners webpage and remain there until the home is sold. So at anytime, our homeowners are able to see how many showings they have had, what the feedback was, and where and when their home has been advertised.
