16. Contact buyer leads, center of influence and past clients for their referrals and prospective buyers

19. Keep you aware of the various methods of financing that a buyer might want to use

25. After an offer is accepted by you, attend home and termite inspections, follow up with buyer’s and seller’s attorneys for updates on status, and attend closing
26. Deliver your check at closing
